Store Policy
Order Fulfillment
Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Keep this email, as it is your receipt and will contain pertinent information.
If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your junk folder. Normally, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours except for backorders or during pre-sales. In rare cases of a back-ordered item, you will receive an email or phone call with further options. Pre-sales will ship on or near the official release date.
Shipping
We ship USPS for domestic and International orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info. If an order is returned to us for any reason, there is an $8 (domestic) or $15 (international) reship fee . Once a package is returned to us a Puscifer TV Customer Service person will contact you that your order was returned and get your ok to be charged for the reship and confirm the address before reshipping.
Return Policy
All sales are final, and returns are not permitted.
Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange your unopened/unworn merchandise should you find a defect or order the wrong size. All exchange items must be received by Puscifer TV (puscifertv.com) within 30 days from the order date. The customer will assume financial responsibility for shipping the exchange item back to the store. Puscifer TV (puscifertv.com) will re-ship the new product from our warehouse at no additional cost.
